Not all of us are Lawyers, Crown Prosecutors or legal Board Members of associations.
We are not Judges or part of government legislation(s). Nor are our family members.
However, we are everyday people, paying taxes and should diligently exercise our rights as people.
When it comes to animals, we seek law changes that will endorse our beliefs and the many benefits that companion animals offer people. We seek to stop the killing of those we love and to endorse the betterment of the lives we allow to be brought into this world. We want our voices to be heard!!
We want those in power, to do what is best for us, not what hurts us, or brings sadness and sorrow into our daily lives.
We want to take the steps required to follow through on our human rights!
Whether individually or as a group, it is important to realize that as people, you have rights!
Don't back down, or turn away - Make Your Voices Heard - and know how to do so - legally.
For example, in Canada, online petitions are unacceptable to Canadian Governments, as they are in many other countries around the globe. We sign petitions online hoping for change, but it takes more than that to be the change.
For a Petition to be legal in Canada, it must be hand signed and obtain the mailing address of the signer...

Find out what is legal in your country and please share it in a reply, it could help a fellowman follow through on taking a stand.
Call your local government office and inquire how you may go about creating a legal petition, or what steps need to be taken to make a letter legal to your counsel members. If you are not satisfied with the response, find out who your area Ombudsman is and make your inquiry with them. If you want your voice to be heard, take the time to do the footwork, it means everything!
Most countries offer a free half an hour of legal advice through an agency - give them a call and find out what you can do to make your voice heard - for the animals.
Take the steps! Sit down and write a letter! Get your facts and stats on paper and let your voice be heard.....
"each and every day is enriched with the innocence of loyal, loving animals in our lives - we speak for them and can defend them with our human rights! Exercise your Rights so that the Rights of Animals become reality!"
